Application during periods of water shortage and after stress

Additional Humus Agro drought sprays are recommended to be performed during periods of short-term water shortages in spring, summer and autumn, and after stresses related to water shortages, in order to revitalize plants. Additional foliar spraying in autumn, before the vegetation ceases, also helps reduce the risk of plants freezing.

foliar application – dates and conditions of the procedure

In spring and summer, Humus Agro for drought should be applied foliarly at a dose of 5 l/ha in 200 l water, from the moment the plant develops at least two first true leaves until harvest. The optimal conditions for performing the treatment during this period are the temperature 10–20°C. On sunny days, spraying should be carried out early in the morning or in the evening, when air humidity is higher. In autumn, the same dose is applied after the emergence of winter plants, from the moment when at least the first two true leaves develop. In perennial crops, the treatment can be performed after harvest, before the end of vegetation, at a temperature above 5°C.

Technical requirements: selection of nozzles and filters for optimal spraying

To apply Humus Agro to drought conditions, use an efficient sprayer equipped with a mixer. The minimum nozzle throughput should be 0,2 mm, while the filter density should be lower than 60 Mesh.
